You have the freedom to set your hours, with the understanding that you'll be expected to run leads during the work week and Saturdays with some flexibility. ABOUT THIS ROLE
As our Residential Roof Consultant, you're responsible for conducting lead generation activities throughout the work week and Saturdays, with the ability to adapt to changing schedules as needed. Additionally, occasional travel is required to meet with clients throughout the southside of Virginia, including Norfolk, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, and the surrounding areas.
You'll also be tasked with meeting potential clients, learning about their roofing needs, and offering custom solutions. Showing up to appointments on time and ready to close sales deals, you play a crucial role in our company's success. When you first start, you go through our training program and attend weekly meetings to sharpen your sales knowledge and gain new strategies. Once you're ready, you meet with prospects either by yourself or with a team member, conduct thorough roof inspections, and encourage the prospect to choose us for the job. You strengthen community ties, forge sales opportunities, and make a tangible difference for our company!
