Position: Project Manager with Salesforce Lightening
Location: Mountain View, CA - Hybrid
Duration: 10 Months with possible extensions
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, collaborating directly with client stakeholders to deliver exceptional CRM solutions
- Orchestrate distributed development teams across global locations using an effective onsite-offshore engagement model
- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications, ensuring alignment between client needs and technical implementation
- Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, scope definitions, and implementation roadmaps
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience with demonstrated Salesforce expertise.
- 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies, particularly Field Service Lightning and Service Cloud implementations.
- Proven track record managing software development projects with distributed teams across multiple global locations.
- Expert-level knowledge of CRM sales and customer service functionality, including integrations with external systems.
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams comprising both technical and business stakeholders.
- Salesforce certification (Admin, Developer, or Project Manager) (Optional).
