Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven, self-motivated individual eager to learn, embrace challenges, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll support recruitment projects for clients across diverse industries, including financial services, technology, healthcare, and more. In this role, you’ll conduct talent market analysis, identify top candidates for both clients and internal teams, and qualify talent for specialized positions. You’ll have the unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of various client business structures, cutting-edge technologies being used in today’s market, and proven strategies to attract top talent across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
- Identify and attract high-caliber talent using various online channels leveraging advanced sourcing techniques.
- Manage the sourcing of talent for multiple job openings at once while working closely with a Senior Recruiter and Account Manager.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with candidates to understand their experience, skills, strengths, and requirements for their next career opportunity.
Sales Mindset:
- Approach recruitment with a sales-oriented mindset, understanding the importance and urgency of matching top talent with the right opportunities and clients.
- Recognize and generate potential leads for business opportunities and client relationships.
- Collaborate with an Account Manager to ensure your search and sourcing tactics are optimized for identifying the right candidates.
- Work closely with an Account Manager to understand the client’s needs, client interaction process, and end-to-end client delivery across recruitment projects.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Display excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with candidates.
- Work closely with other internal teams to understand the broader business goals and objectives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and innovative sourcing methods to enhance recruiting strategies.
- Be open to feedback and continuously seek ways to improve performance and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Open to recent college graduates or those with 1-3 years of professional experience
- A self-starter with a strong desire to succeed
