Quincy After School Child Care (QCARE) seeks Group Leaders to work within a dynamic staffing team to deliver high quality, EEC licensed after school care to Quincy youth. Our programs are designed to compliment the school-day, with an enrichment-based curriculum, located in Quincy Public Schools.
We are currently seeking staff members who are available Monday-Friday from 1:30pm to 5:30pm (every Wednesday the shift will be either 11am or 11:30am - 5:30pm). Some limited schedules are able to be accommodated. There are occasional paid evening or daytime meetings or trainings during weekdays. There are no weekend hours. All holidays and emergency closings that fall during scheduled work days are PAID! The position begins immediately and continues throughout the school year. Due to current staffing needs at a particular site location, candidates with reliable car transportation are preferred.
Candidates will meet the following basic criteria:
- You meet the EEC OST Group Leader position requirements - you must have everything in "Foundation" plus all of the items in one of the options).
