QCR Holdings is looking for a Loan Quality Specialist I to join our Loan Operations team! The Loan Quality Specialist I position is responsible for verifying the accuracy of data inputted into the core system on Commercial, Mortgage and Consumer loans. This position is also responsible for the daily file maintenance review to ensure documented policy and procedures are upheld.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and 2-3 years of experience in the loan area with specific knowledge of bank loan documentation across various loan products and comprehension of loan processes and procedures. Critical thinking skills, detail oriented, ability to prioritize and organize workflow independently. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Excellent oral and written communication skills.
