**Job Summary:**
QIQ Learning Academy is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Math Teacher to join our team. We're looking for someone who can make complex math concepts easy to understand and fun to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Teach mathematics to students in grades K-8
- Instruct high school level courses including Algebra 1, Geometry, and Algebra 2
- Help students understand complex math concepts in an easy and engaging manner
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
- Bachelors degree
- Strong knowledge of K-8 mathematics curriculum
- Proficiency in teaching Algebra 1, Geometry, and Algebra 2
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain difficult mathematical ideas in simple, relatable terms
- Creative approach to making math fun and accessible
- Patient and adaptable teaching style to accommodate various learning needs
Compensation: $18 - $22 per hour
Working Hours: Moday to Friday 5 to 8 pm
Job Location : In-person , South Plainfield
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $27.90 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 12 per week
