The Application Solution Lead Role
The Application Solution Lead (ASL) plays a pivotal role in aligning business strategy and operational needs to scalable, intelligent, and integrated technology solutions across our Enterprise Applications ecosystem. With a primary focus on Salesforce, NetSuite, and surrounding platforms, this role blends hands-on execution with strategic ownership—ideal for a technically strong individual contributor ready to scale into leadership and drive digital transformation through next-gen technologies.
The ASL will lead solution design, process optimization, and platform integration efforts, while acting as a unifying force across business units. Over time, this role will evolve into a team leadership position, responsible for driving a growing team across functional and technical domains to deliver smart, connected, and value-driven outcomes.

What else do we offer?
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $167,150.00USD MIN – $ 180,000.00 USD MAX per year. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Solution Ownership & Intelligent Design
- Lead discovery and solution design by deeply understanding business challenges and identifying opportunities to automate, integrate, or optimize through enterprise platforms.
- Act as a cross-functional architect across Salesforce, NetSuite, CPQ, customer/partner portals, and data platforms (e.g., Qlik).
- Define and enforce scalable solution standards that leverage AI/ML, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and predictive analytics to reduce manual effort and increase real-time decision-making.
- Identify areas where generative AI or machine learning models (e.g., for forecasting, segmentation, personalization) can deliver measurable efficiency and accuracy gains.
- Analyze current-state platforms and workflows to recommend remediation, optimization, or strategic decommissioning.
- Own solution delivery across all phases—requirements, design, testing, and deployment—with a strong bias for velocity and simplicity.
- Partner with the IT PMO to manage project execution, ensuring solution quality, timeline alignment, and risk mitigation.
- Define KPIs to measure the impact of automation, AI/ML, and platform changes on business performance.
Leadership & Team Development
- Coordinate cross-functional, matrixed resources including internal platform owners, architects, developers, and vendor partners.
- Serve as the accountable leader for major enterprise application initiatives that span CRM, ERP, and data domains.
- Prepare to build and lead a growing team of solution consultants, systems analysts, and integration specialists.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and operational excellence.
- Shape the future-state enterprise application roadmap, incorporating AI/ML, low-code platforms, and process intelligence tools (e.g., Celonis, MuleSoft, Boomi).
- Partner with senior business stakeholders to anticipate disruption, align application investments, and surface high-impact use cases.
- Stay current on emerging tech (e.g., GPT-powered copilots, real-time data orchestration, autonomous finance) and develop actionable recommendations to drive digital acceleration.
- 8 years of experience in enterprise application environments with significant experience designing and implementing solutions across:
- Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud)
- NetSuite (Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay)
- Hands-on experience or deep familiarity with:
- - AI/ML tools and frameworks in enterprise use (e.g., Einstein, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI)
- - Enterprise data platforms, ETL pipelines, and integration frameworks (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato)
- - RPA or intelligent automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
- Proven ability to bridge business processes with data and technology, delivering high-impact, low-friction solutions.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-platform projects, integrating CRM, ERP, and analytics for operational efficiency.
- Strong storytelling, documentation, and executive engagement skills—able to communicate complex concepts simply.
- Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, ITIL, and hybrid project delivery models.
