In this role, you will act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize systems that improve the patient journey. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into technical specifications across critical work streams such as onboarding, affordability, and clinical adherence.Key Responsibilities & Work Streams1. Basic Business Analyst Capabilities - key words: requirement elicitation, requirement gathering, documentation, translate requirement into smaller chunks or user stories, wireframes, mock-ups,2. Agile - key words: scrum, kanban, daily standup, scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, sprint retrospective, backlog refinement, epic, feature, user story, backlog prioritization.3.
