Job Title : Practice Manager

Location : Greenville, TX 75401

Duration : Direct Hire (Full-Time)

Responsibilities :

The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing the health center and for the direct supervision and needs of the health center staff. Currently, they have over 20 employees.
The Practice Manager will oversee non-clinical and clinical staff in conjunction with the Office Manager, who will manage the front end of the building.
They seek someone with good leadership, relationship, and communication skills, someone who understands empathy, and someone who is heavily customer service-oriented. This is crucial for both employees and patients to succeed in this position.

Qualified Candidates should have :

3 years of LVN or RN experience in a medical clinic setting

3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
