About us
We are professional and agile.
- Immediate need for 1 full time housekeeper to clean apartments after resident move-outs.
- Hours are 8am-5 pm M-F with weekends / holidays off
- Permenant job, not temporary
- Must have reliable transportation as we have 3 locations, 2 in Orange TX and 1 in Beaumont.
- Must be able to communicate enough English to take directions.
- Must provide your own cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Starting pay $10.00-$11.00/ hour plus $1.00/hour extra for cleaning supplies budget
- Paid vacation after 1 year

- Annual bonuses.
Duties:
- Perform general housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning windows
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Launder and change bed linens and towels
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning products
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Perform carpet cleaning and spot removal as needed
- Assist with custodial duties in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the facility
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as required by the job
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
You must provide your own clean equpment like mop, vacuum, step stool, and cleaning supplies. We provide a budget expense for cleaning supplies and equipment.

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
