Installation Helper - Bardstown, KY

Under general direction of Crew Leader and Installation Manager, installs bank equipment including ATMs, safes, safety deposit boxes, drive up tube systems, bullet resistant windows, under counter steel; erect vaults, and install vault doors.

Primary job duties and responsibilities:

Assist Crew Leader with:

• Install bank equipment according to blue prints and work diagrams
• Operates hoists, lifts, pallet jacks, and forklifts to place equipment into position
• May serve as a finisher. Ensuring that all equipment is working correctly after installation. Cleaning equipment. Setting up audio systems. Setting combinations on safes, night depositories, etc.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and expectations to the benefit of the organization and co-workers.
• Productively and positively contribute to the company’s goal of maintaining a safe, healthy, productive, and enjoyable workplace.
• Accurately completes all paperwork, including timesheets, in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to travel overnight on a weekly basis
• Must be available to work overtime as required
• Must be able to comply with DOT logbook requirements
• General construction knowledge to include welding, carpentry, painting, sheet rocking, wood trim work.
• Ability to drive a forklift, pallet jack, table lift (stacker)
• Ability to use power and hand tools
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Read and understand blue prints
• Planning, organizing, customer service, detail oriented

Job is performed on customer sites throughout our regional service area. Working hours generally are Monday – Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM but will require some evenings, and overnight travel. A QSI vehicle is provided for travel to and from job sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
