As an Offset Second Press Operator, you'll play a crucial role in our operations by assisting the Offset First Press Operator with equipment setups, operations, and quality control. You'll be responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly according to customer specifications while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency.
Our compressed work schedule, consisting of 3 to 4, 12-hour shifts per week (either 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.), including shifts on days, nights, weekends, and holidays is designed to support work-life balance. Overtime opportunities are available and compensated after 40 hours per week.
Located in Hartford, WI, our state-of-the-art facility spans over 1.6 million square feet and offers a climate-controlled environment equipped with the latest technology. If you have 2-3 years of previous print operator experience, including setup and operation of press equipment such as Manroland and Goss models, we encourage you to apply. Strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to troubleshoot equipment, and a commitment to quality are key qualifications we're looking for. You should be capable of lifting 10-15 pounds continuously and up to 50 pounds occasionally, and able to stand for long hours during your shift.
