Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing and making telephone calls.
- Prepare correspondence for mailing.
- Prepare or update worksheets.
- Entry of data into company systems.
- May undertake special projects assigned by manager or supervisor.
- Separating, Identifying & categorizing different types of medical documents.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to multitask
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to establish priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Basic computer skills.
