Local candidates preferred. If needed, Quadax can hire remote employees in the following states only: OH (outside commutable distance), PA, MI, IN, KY, WV, TN, GA, FL, TX, MO, NC, SC, SD, and NE. Responsibilities:
- Work with customers, users, and other stakeholders to identify business needs and create the stories which can satisfy those needs.
- Do research and seek out/establish eligibility connections where it makes sense
- Collaborate with other analysts to develop and document business analysis best practices, standards, and tool usage.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree a plus
- 6 years experience in an Insurance Eligibility support role.
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement a plus
- Understanding of and on the job experience working with ANSI 270/271 required
- Detail oriented and logical thinker with strong analytical skills
- Capable of solving complex problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Experience querying SQL databases is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
