Job Description:

Join one of the top sporting clays destinations in the country. We’re hiring Field Crew Members to help operate and maintain our world-class sporting clays courses. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are eager to grow within the shooting sports industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Load, maintain, and troubleshoot clay target machines across the course
• Set and adjust target presentations under supervision
• Assist with course setup and breakdown for daily operations and major tournaments
• Operate UTVs and assist with logistics, supply runs, and trap service
• Provide general groundskeeping, trash removal, and machine cleaning as needed
• Support shooters and staff with hospitality, safety, and top-tier service

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work long hours outdoors in all weather
• Physical ability to lift, walk, and operate equipment across uneven terrain
• Reliable, teachable, and team-oriented attitude
• High preference given to candidates with experience in sporting clays, trap, skeet, or 5-stand
• No prior experience required—on-the-job training provided

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
