Pay Range: $23.00 to $26.00/Hour (Depending on Experience)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sheet metal fabrication and CNC programming, with the ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
\n- Operate CNC press brake machinery to produce high-quality parts.
- Read and interpret shop drawings to ensure precise fabrication.
- Select and install appropriate punches and dies.
- Calculate bend lines and understand bend allowances.
- Use a variety of measuring instruments to inspect the accuracy of work performed.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
- Recognize proper part orientation and bend order.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers, managers, and customers.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Accept responsibility for actions and decisions in the workplace.
- Minimum of 5 years of general sheet metal experience.
- Proficient in CNC programming.
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Experience working with a wide variety of materials and thicknesses.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
