SUMMARY IF POSITION:
Responsible for greeting and registering all guests and providing door & bell service when needed.
Description of Duties:
- Establishing guest account for the duration of their stay
- Performing all guest’s concierge duties to meet every quests needs and requests
- Serving meals and drinks where needed
Experience and Skills:
- Experience in a luxury hotel
- Experience operating multi-line phones
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- Ability to make guest reservations, provide guests with room rates and room availability
