Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring our residential and commercial properties are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Duties:
- Clean and maintain floors, walls, windows, restrooms, break rooms and other surfaces in our residential and commercial properties.
- Perform industrial and commercial cleaning duties as needed, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal and buffing.
- Use a variety of cleaning equipment and tools, such as vacuum cleaners, scrubbers, and ladders.
- Work as a porter, supporting the day-to-day operations of our facilities.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and health standards.
- Perform tasks as assigned by the facilities management team, including special events and seasonal cleaning projects.
Qualifications:
- Experience in cleaning or custodial work. (experience is a plus but not required will train the right candidate)
- Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the facility.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with industrial and commercial cleaning methods and equipment.
- Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance, and other projects.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour
