Bookkeeper/Office Manager
Small office/Manufacturing
Full time - Pay $24-$28 per hour
We are a family owned manufacturer of automotive service equipment. The right candidate will take responsibility for the smooth running of our business office where your professionalism, initiative and office skills will be welcomed. The office atmosphere is laid back and casual.
Book Keeping Responsibilities:
- Prepare payroll weekly
- File and pay quarterly 940/941/unemployment tax
- Weekly A/P payments, enter bills daily
- Send A/R invoices and process daily cc payments
- Prepare bank deposits
- E-mail customer statements (monthly)
- Bank reconciliations
Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Benefits Admin (Health/Dental/Vision Insurance)
- Maintain employee records
- Reorder supplies as needed for the office and shop
Requirements:
- Proficient in Sage preferred, but not required
- Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Associate degree or BA in accounting or equivalent experience
- Excellent attention to detail
