Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Counter Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers at the counter to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct outbound calling efforts, including warm calling and telemarketing, to generate leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive sales growth.
- Leverage your knowledge of technology sales and technical products to educate customers on features and benefits.
- Participate in B2B sales initiatives, negotiating terms that meet both customer expectations and company objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring that all promotional materials are up-to-date and accessible.
Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales or counter sales roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with customers.
- Experience in negotiation, business development, telemarketing, or marketing will be beneficial.
- A background in technical sales or technology-related products is a plus but not required.
