What are the responsibilities and job description for the Support Coordinator position at Quality Support Coordination of Tennessee?
We coordinate services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our company works with the Tennessee Home and Community Based Waiver. We are an independent support coordination company working together with the Department of Disability and Aging . The support coordinator is responsible for coordinating waiver services and non waiver services needed for each individual client. The support coordinator will have excellent communication skills and written skills, positive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, teamwork abilities, excellent ability to meet deadlines, computer literacy, and work well under supervision. Initial months of employment and training will be completed within office environment. Once training is determined to be completed by the company Director, the employee may be assigned to work from home for part of the week and complete all expectations and duties from home.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
