Warehouse Associate – Material Handler
Job Description:
Quality Tool, Inc. is a precision metal fabricator and machining manufacturer seeking a reliable, motivated and team-minded Warehouse Associate to be responsible for packing goods for shipment, receiving and putting away stock, performing inventory transactions in our system and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will be looking for a solid company where he/she can establish long-term employment that will offer growth and opportunity at our warehouse in St. Paul, MN.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming parts and materials and put away as necessary.
- Pack and/or palletize parts for shipment.
- Perform inventory transactions as necessary for receiving, shipping, or moving goods.
- Move parts using pallet jack and fork truck.
Knowledge/Skills & Abilities:

- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated problem solving ability in a machine shop environment.
- Good judgment and decision making skills

- Good attendance and punctuality and willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Experience & Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- At least 1 plus years of experience in Shipping/Receiving in a manufacturing environment.
- Fork truck certified or have the ability to become fork truck certified
- Experience with UPS or Fed-ex a plus.
