What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Maintenance position at Quality Truck Care Center?
Quality Truck Care Center is a Family owned business operating for over 35 years! We represent Western Star, Autocar and Mitsubishi Truck lines, Certified in Detroit, Cummins, and CAT engines, Allison and Detroit Transmissions and Axles.
Daily duties:
Cleaning Breakrooms and restrooms, restocking amenities
Empty trash in offices and shops,
Additional basic cleaning tasks:
Power clean and mop floors, clean floor mats
Basic Havac Maintenance,
Basic Electrical, changing light bulbs
Plumbing skills
Painting inside and outside (if needed)
General Building Maintenance such as grass cutting, weed treatment and minor landscaping ability
Snow plowing too, (hours subject to vary in winter with plowing)
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to use and climb ladders
Must have drivers license and insurable
Must be comfortable with heights and follow all safety protocols.
Work Environment:
The employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. The employee is occasionally exposed to dirt, dust and fumes from the shop, as well as temperature changes due to weather. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
