What’s Expected of the Maintenance Technician I position?
Repairs and maintains mechanical equipment, and resolve basic to intermediate issues around machines and equipment.

What’s Expected of the Maintenance Technician I position?
Repairs and maintains mechanical equipment, and resolve basic to intermediate issues around machines and equipment.
- Repairs and reconditions hydraulic/pneumatic systems (airlines, solenoids), as well as electrical equipment/components
- Maintains, repairs, and modifies conventional equipment.
- Installs plumbing, air, and electrical utilities necessary for machine operation.
- Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts. Repairs or replaces defective parts. Installs special functional and structural parts in devices. Lubricates and cleans parts.
- Adhere to and complete work within the 5S standards, SOPs, and OSHA guidelines.
- 2 years of applicable experience, preferably within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Solid experience and knowledge of electrical and mechanical applications.
- Solid experience with, and the ability to use of a variety of hand and mechanical tools for equipment repair.
- Intermediate root cause analysis experience.
- Proficient technical and systems experience, including CMM systems experience.
- Ability to read schematics.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (6:00pm - 6:00 am), including every other weekend.
- Safety focus with a willingness to adhere to safety guidelines.
