Job Description: Front Desk Associate On-Call
The Front Desk Associate is the first line of contact for staff members and guests who report to the Chief Clinical Operations Officer. This position may interact with all levels of management and staff within the office. They deliver the Quantum Clinic experience by providing superior customer service when assisting with member inquiries coupled with maintaining and building staff morale by way of encompassing and expressing our Quantum Clinic values.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Warmly greets clients and guests as they enter and leave the clinic.
- Answers incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Checks in members and verifies appointments; signs up clients for sessions or special events.
- Registers prospective clients and supports them through the entire check-in process.
- Addresses client’s questions or directs them to the appropriate individual for better assistance.
- Sells appointment bookings, apparel, and other Quantum Clinic items to clients.
- Rings up purchases on the Quantum Clinic system and provides accurate change.
- Always maintains a professional image and behavior and avoids eating, sitting, reading, internet surfing, personal cell phone use or other activities which are not work related.
- Responds professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, clients, and staff.
- Provides information to members, staff, and third-party vendors regarding special clinic events.
- Immediately reports or escalates to management any unsafe conditions or emergency situations.
- Always keeps the front desk and lobby neat and clean (includes light cleaning and dusting).
- Performs opening and or closing procedures for the front desk, as assigned.
- Attend weekly meetings or other scheduled meetings.
- Assist with Quantum Clinic inventory, stocking, shipping, or product pricing, as needed.
Education
- High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum experience
- Basic computer and customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be energetic and possess a very friendly, outgoing personality and positive attitude.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
- Possess a strong customer service focus.
- Understands and follows oral and written instructions.
- Able to multi-task and perform tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must be a team player and possess a can-do attitude.
- Adhere to meal and rest break periods and must clock in and out for all shift times.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Physical Requirements
- Required to stand, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Salary Range
- Hourly pay rate: $17-$20
Schedule
- Quantum Clinic Hours of Operation are Wednesday- Sundays from 9:30am to 8pm.
- Wanting someone on call for coverage. MUST be able to work Weekend hours Sat/Sun 9:30-1:30pm, 1:30pm-8:30pm
- Shifts: 8 hour shifts and 5 hour shifts
