We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Warehouse Management System Implementation Lead Consultant. This role is an exciting opportunity for an organized, self-driven individual to work as a Project Lead for our client. This role guides the end-client and our implementation consultants to implement our software platform and help end-clients adapt their operations.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Warehouse Management System Implementation Lead Consultant. This role guides the end-client and our implementation consultants to implement our software platform and help end-clients adapt their operations.
What You Will Do
- Act as the Implementation Lead and manage the project’s scope, budget and schedule through a transparent, organized vision to meet the client’s contractual objectives.
- 360-degree communication skills are needed to manage up within the end-client and customer teams to provide status and risk mitigation during all steps of the engagement.
- As needed, act as the Subject Matter Expert on the software platform applications across multiple clients.
- Train our consultants in the best practice use of the software platform and implementation methodology.
- Analyze and find solutions for escalated decisions, risks, issues and change requests during the day-to-day interactions with the end-client and project team.
- Manage end-client expectations to increase perception of competence, skill, and customer focus of the software project team.
- Manage end-client expectations to increase perception of value in the software applications to their business and profitability.
- Mentor/Develop consultants to grow their skills with applying the software applications in their specific end-client’s warehouse operations.
- Ensure Project Teams follow the specific software implementation methodology to meet and exceed expectations of end-clients concerning functionality, timeline and budget.
- Provide suggested improvement to the software implementation methodologies to improve impact on profitability.
- As needed, provide excellent requirements gathering skills to gather and interpret all necessary information including technical requirements for implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management / Logistics.
- Previous Software Implementation experience with WMS/WES/WCS or similar applications.
- Previous Consulting Experience working with and leading customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, SmartSheets and Azure DevOps.
- Keen attention to detail with strong follow through skills.
- Disciplined, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and to work autonomously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relay information in a timely manner, especially requirements gathering.
- Ability to manage and maintain multiple project teams, resourcing, scoping, risk management and mitigation, budgeting and schedules at the same time.

Working Conditions
- This role is considered a remote position with occasional visits to customer office located in Erlanger, KY, as well as travels to end-client locations throughout North America.
- Due to the nature of the work, there may be travel up to 70% of the time.
- Some weekend/night work required as needed.

Salary : $105,000 - $115,000
