In this position, previous sales experience is essential . As a sales technician you are the first responder to homes that have suffered water damage. You will be expected to scope out the extent of the damage to provide a summary of work for the technicians, help homeowners navigate insurance claims, and provide excellent customer service. In addition, we are looking for someone with strong leadership skills to help manage our weekend technician crews. A day in this position would include responding to sales dispatch calls, documenting your inspections and logging new customers into the company's software, and managing the weekend crew.
Primary Responsibilities
- Responding to dispatch calls
- Documenting job site findings
- Provide excellent customer service
- Help homeowners navigate insurance claims
- Scope out water damage in homes
- Managing weekend operations
Pay and Benefits
- $50k - $80k yearly(based on experience)
- Potential for an additional $10K - $20k yearly in commissions

Position Requirements
- Pervious sales experience
- Mitigation /construction knowledge (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more on occasion
- Need to be comfortable navigating crawl spaces under homes
