The Service Coordinator serves as the voice for Quick Servant when handling emergency and non-emergency service calls. Each coordinator is the communication link between the partner requesting service and the Service Technicians.
Job requirements:
- Manage daily operations of field technicians including scheduling, times, & GPS Reporting.
- Manage partner expectations by providing realistic ETA’s for service calls.
- Prioritize call schedule according to level of emergency or urgency.
- Monitor the route and status of repairs to coordinate and prioritize call schedules.
- Enter data in computer system, maintain logs and records of calls.
- Must be able to work in a high stress work environment.
- Act as a communication liaison for partners, account managers, and technicians.
- Collaborate with management and technicians to modify service schedule to accommodate the needs of partners.
- Develop strong relationships with technicians, other dispatchers, partners, and management to alleviate the stress of unexpected schedule changes and service demands.
- Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations.
- Capable of following office procedures and guideline.
- Proficient in English (Strong oral and written skills).
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Active listener with excellent communication skills.
- Sound judgement and critical thinking.
- High school diploma.
