A National leader in Custom Closets and Organized Home Storage is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with a desire for upward mobility in a small business setting. This role offers the opportunity to learn from a dynamic leader and gradually assume their responsibilities. The growth path is from Assistant Operations Manager to Operations Manager, with pay reflecting the increased responsibility and accountability.


Compensation

  • Salary: $40,000.00 - $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience and responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate overall front office activities.
  • Assist in updating social media accounts, such as Facebook, with relevant content.
  • Greet customers, showcase products, and schedule design consultations.
  • Track job status and monitor multiple vendor order statuses.
  • Schedule job installations, coordinating with customer schedules.
  • Order accessories and production materials as per job details.


Competencies
:

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in utilizing social media for business promotion.
  • Administrative and clerical skills.
  • Proficiency in office software, especially MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Ability to learn and use in-house CAD Design tools.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Phone etiquette and front desk experience.


Requirements

  • A creative spirit and a people-oriented personality.
  • Strong desire to succeed.
  • Sales experience (preferred).
  • Showroom experience (preferred).
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Availability on Saturdays.
  • Relevant experience supervising a team in a professional setting: 1 year
  • Education: High school or equivalent plus some college (Preferred).

  • Full-time
