We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as General Laborer-Metal Trolley Assembly Worker to build metal framed egg rack trolleys and other equipment that will be used for poultry production. This project is estimated to last approximately 4-6 months. The next project of this type will be out-of-town and may be available to our Top Producers!
The primary worksite will be located in Mayfield, KY. We are looking for dedicated individuals who can commit to the duration of the project and manufacturing. Successful candidates should possess the ability to utilize basic hand tools, including drills, sockets, and rivet guns. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential qualities we seek in potential team members.
Compensation

Responsibilities
- Work with teams across various stations and departments within the production area.
- Utilize hand and power tools proficiently.
- Accurately read and utilize a tape measure for precise assembly.
- Adapt to working in a non-climate controlled, open bay facility.
- Engage in the construction and assembly of farming trolleys.
- Maintain a positive and motivated demeanor throughout the workday.
Competencies:
- Demonstrated experience in handling small hand tools effectively.
- Previous work experience in a construction or manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical talent, capable of performing basic mechanical tasks.
- Familiarity with safe work regulations and adherence to safety protocols.
- Physical ability to lift objects weighing up to 70 lbs.
- Proficiency in reading, comprehending, and following simple written and oral instructions.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
- 30 minute Lunch Daily
- Schedule Tentative (May Change)
