Clearance Required: SECRET or TS/SCI
Quiet Professionals, LLC is seeking a mid-level Configuration Manager to join our team in support of Distributed Common Ground/Surface System - Marine Corps (DCGS-MC).
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate in a team environment with contractors, subcontractors, and government personnel to provide testing and evaluation support for DCGS-MC, including participation in WIPTs, working groups, CCBs, and engineering review groups.
- Collaborate with the configuration management (CM) team to support DCGS-MC program (hardware and software) configuration and change management, supporting all activities related to CM planning, baseline management, configuration identification, configuration control, configuration audits, formal reviews, engineering changes, and configuration management records and reports.
- Support quality management (inclusive implementation of a QA/QC program), executing establish PPQA processes to ensure requirements are met prior to submission of documentation, supplies, products, and services to DCGS-MC leadership.
Requirements:
- 5 years professional experience solving technical problems. Trained in the skills and techniques related to engineering and/or software design/maintenance. Possess a practical understanding of engineering concepts. Ensures that the product/service and process meet quality and safety standards. Experience includes testing equipment to make sure that the process operates effectively and safely.
- Individual shall be able to interpret plans and drawings and contribute to the design and fabrication of test specimens.
- Should have experience in computer aided drafting (CAD), ability to prepare shop drawings for model construction, and be familiar with material specifications and fabrication methods.
- Secret Clearance (TS/SCI is required for some positions)
Preferred:
- Demonstrated experience with a C4ISR Program of Record (PoR) such as DCGS-MC All Source, DCGS-MC GEOINT, or DCGS-MC SIGINT. Experience may be achieved simultaneously.
- Experience with CMPRO.
- Previous experience in a Configuration Management role.
