We are Hiring a Residential HVAC Installer!
Looking for someone looking to advance their career, with steady year-round work and a supportive team! This position will be installing primarily residential equipment with the occasional light commercial install. We pay full system bonuses, warranty bonuses, and cash spiffs. Potential annual earnings $125K

Job Title: Residential HVAC Installer
Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour, depending on experience System Completion Bonus
Work Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm, with occasional overtime
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
What you will be doing:
- Residential retrofit/changeout installations
- Excellent customer service
- Supervise the work of other installers
- Maintaining high-quality and time job performance.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
- 2 years of Residential Retrofit/changeout HVAC Install experience
- Lead job experience desired
- EPA Universal Certification
- Ability to pass NATE core test within 3 months of hire date
- Understanding of layout, design, fabrication and installation
- Proficient at residential and light commercial installations
- Basic fabrication knowledge of sheet metal fittings
- Able to size and draw duct work correctly
- Start up and trouble shoot furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps and condensing units
- Good understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, wiring diagrams
- Excellent customer relations skills and an open mind to think outside of the box
- Ability to train entry level personnel
- Pass background and drug screen
- High school diploma or its equivalent
