Job Title: Kids Club Childcare Associate
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Job Type: Part-time / Fill-in (with potential for regular shifts)
Location: Quincy, IL
About Us:
Our Kids Club provides a safe, fun, and welcoming environment where children can play, learn, and grow while their parents are nearby. We are looking for caring and responsible team members to join our childcare staff.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage with children in a safe, positive, and age-appropriate manner.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe play environment.
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Communicate with parents and team members as needed.
- Follow safety and emergency protocols.
Qualifications:
- Previous childcare or babysitting experience preferred, but not required.
- Must enjoy working with children and demonstrate patience, energy, and responsibility.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to complete Red Cross Babysitting & Childcare course and obtain CPR certification (training will be required after hire if not already completed).
