Modernization Coordinator
The Quincy Housing Authority is seeking a highly qualified professional to support the day-to-day operations and activity of the Modernization Department and to help facilitate the management and successful completion of multiple concurrent design, construction, and special projects. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining accurate and complete contract and or project documentation files for all design, and construction projects and all service contracts as well as maintain and improve central filing systems. Functions as the primary receiver and initial processor of all department and administrative invoices. Files all invoices in related project or vendor files and keeps master tracking of all invoice payment vouchers. Assists the director with administration of IT Programs. This position works under the direction of the Director of Modernization and when designated other Modernization department staff. Must have a minimum of five recent years working in a modern computerized office environment, preferably in the government funded housing industry. Must have an associate degree in business administration or a field related to the position or two years relevant work experience in state and or federal funded housing modernization or rehabilitation programs.
