The Position:
Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our menu, making recommendations based on the customer's preferences, taking orders, up-selling special items, and keeping the facility clean and stocked. To be successful in this role, a barista should have strong customer service skills and a motivation to keep the store clean and presentable . Consistency is a key element in a positive experience, which is achieved by always following our trained Service Culture! We are flexible to your availability:
- Part Time or Seasonal
- Weekends
- Morning Shift 6am - 12pm

Lake Quivira Country Club is conveniently located in Lake Quivira, KS; one mile east of I-435 at exit 8A, off Holliday Drive, just north of Shawnee, KS. Rarely ever any traffic to get to us! Lake Quivira is centrally located to downtown Kansas City, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. Schools in the area are some of the best in the entire state.

- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have good communication skills and a positive attitude

- Prior barista or serving experience is a plus but not required
