What is the opportunity?
The Marketing Event Coordinator will support the Senior Marketing Events Manager in executing Linewize’s event marketing strategy in order to enhance brand presence and drive revenue pipeline.
The Marketing Event Coordinator will interface with Sales, Customer Success, and Channel teams to facilitate event logistics for trade shows, speaking engagements, and targeted Linewize-hosted events.
Here’s How You’ll Do It
Event Coordination & Execution
Manage state and regional trade shows and events, ensuring all logistics and deliverables are met.
Maintain and optimize the tradeshow calendar to align cross-functional teams
Create event briefings, including “know-before-you-go” details, exhibitor schedules, and lead retrieval processes
Support large-scale events like ISTE, FETC, and TCEA, assisting with logistics and execution
Support channel partner events as needed
Project Management
Use Asana to track and manage event timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with vendors, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
Shipping & Logistics
Coordinate shipments for event materials, including tradeshow backdrops, banners, monitors, and promo items
Track and manage inventory for marketing materials (promo items, product sheets, brochures, signage, etc.)
Ensure on-time delivery and proper tracking of all event materials.
Marketing & ROI Tracking
Collect and process event lead data within 2 business days, ensuring key details are captured for accurate tracking and timely follow-up
Create social media graphics in Canva, write captions, and schedule Linkedin posts to promote events and speaking engagements
Hubspot Management
Manage event email campaigns (pre/post-event engagement) to drive booth traffic and follow-ups
Create and update Hubspot properties, campaigns, and contact lists

You’ll Bring
- 2 years of general marketing experience, including event management
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Hubspot, Asana, and Canva
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work and thrive on a high performing team
- Ability to travel to trade shows and events
- Be creative, highly organized & punctual
- Email experience (pre/post-event email engagement), and the ability to work cross-functionally with teams on trade shows and events (sales/marketing/customer success)
- Strong communication skills
