Administrative Staff shall work five (5) days per week (Monday through Friday), eight (8) hours per day (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) at the Airport to support the administrative requirements of the Contract and devote his/her time exclusively to providing administrative support to the On-Site Manager and Assistant Manager for the work performed for this Contract. Administrative Staff duties include, but are not limited to payroll, customer service, records management, invoices, and any other administrative duties deemed necessary for the performance of the contract. Other administrative duties will be assigned, deemed necessary for the performance of the contract.

- Experience in receiving and processing instructions and notices given, also relaying them to the staff
- Strong communication skills verbal, written and spoken to convey information regarding all aspects of operations Attending/coordinating meetings
- Strong customer service skills Payroll, records management, invoices processing
- Managing the overall responsibility for the work to be performed
