R.A.S. Logistics is a leading provider of final mile delivery services in the Myrtle Beach, SCarea. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse Inventory Manager to lead our warehouse team.
The Warehouse Inventory Manager’s primary responsibility is to help with the management of the warehouse staff, and contracted carriers. Reports to the Terminal Manager but must also be able to work independently at times.
Warehouse Inventory Manager Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the daily operations of metric goals and customer issues/compliance issues.
- Supervision of employees, delivery teams, and workflow process
- Supervise delivery team check-in process.
- Audit and verification of routes and deliver team assignments.
- Engage delivery teams regarding compliance processes.
- Enforces company policies and procedures.
- Train, coach and develop staff in order to retain a strong warehouse and office team.
- Ensuring efficient use of employee time.
- Monitor inventory to ensure accuracy and verify progress throughout the warehouse.
- Responsible for workplace safety and compliance
