Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with design, construction, and administrative teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, including scheduling and allocating labor, equipment, and materials.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and best practices to drive productivity and growth.
- Monitor and maintain safety standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and team members.
- Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and collaborate with the management team to achieve business goals.
- Assist in hiring, training, and managing staff to build a skilled and motivated team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role, preferably in landscape design, construction, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects and teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of landscape design, construction processes, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
