R. B. Queern & Co. Inc. is a locally owned and operated HVAC company that focuses primarily on residential units. We offer installations, annual maintenance, repairs, and 24/7 emergency service.

Office Administrator to work 8:00am to at least 5:00pm Monday through Friday

Job Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To:

Answering Phones

Customer Service

Schedule Appointments

Dispatch Calls

Data Entry

Client Account Management

Billing Paperwork/Payment Collection

File Organization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Benefits:

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Portsmouth, RI 02871: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Required)

Work Location: In person
