Local manufacturing company currently has an opening for an office assistant to help perform office functions including general filing, answer phones, talk to customers, respond to emails, prepare quotations, initiate sales orders, process sales orders, initiate invoices and review invoices. The position will also involve light accounting work, book keeping including running sales report, totaling monthly sales, listing quarterly expenses, troubleshooting differences in totals, identify past due accounts. Strong Excel/Word skills needed. This position will require interfacing with management, production, sales and shipping personnel from time to time.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
