Sales Representative
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for regular call frequency on assigned retail accounts primarily to sell volume, increase distribution, merchandise, monitor price and shelf space management
- Build business relationships with and present professional sales presentations using sales histories and pitchbooks
- Responsible for maintaining published product freshness standards in assigned retail accounts by monitoring and rotating stocks
- Responsible for maintaining up-to-date Inventory Data in mobile systems
- Sell-in new placements. Merchandise with paper P.O.S., book permanent P.O.S.
- Increase shelf space and position for RHB products. Introduce new brands and packages where appropriate
- Work with the credit department to resolve credit issues including collecting past due balances
- Responsible for daily decisions regarding retail inventory levels using past sales history, changes in climate, competitive activity and special promotional activities
- Responsible for fulfilling pre-established objectives set by the Area Sales Manager and implementation of Company programs at retail level
- Responsible for any other tasks deemed necessary by Area Sales Manager
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Relief Sales Representative experience preferred
- 3-5 years beverage or consumer products sales experience
- Strong customer service skills required
- Good math skills and computer skills. Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)
- Work with minimal supervision, ability to set priorities, coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and be attentive to details. Highly self-motivated and able to work hours as required.
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for job and have a willingness to learn
- Lifting, bending, pulling and pushing required
