The Pit Crew Member is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, including preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. - **Food Preparation:**
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of meats, sides, and other menu items following Dickey’s recipes and standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as smokers, fryers, ovens, and grills safely and efficiently.
- Maintain food quality and presentation standards, ensuring consistent portion sizes.
- **Pit Master Assistance:**
- Help the Pit Master with smoking meats, monitoring temperatures, and ensuring the meat is cooked to perfection.
