Groundskeeper

As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of several properties within the same area. This role requires the ability to float between different properties, ensuring their cleanliness and attractiveness.

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday - Friday (8 am - 5 pm)
• North Columbus
• $15/hr

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine groundskeeping tasks to upkeep the cleanliness and aesthetics of multiple properties.
  
• Maintain lawns by mowing, edging, and trimming as needed.
  
• Prune trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and maintain desired shapes.
  
• Assist with the installation and maintenance of landscaping features, including flowerbeds and walkways.
  
• Identify and address pest and weed issues promptly and effectively.
  
• Collaborate with property managers to prioritize tasks and address maintenance concerns.
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage tasks.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver's license is a plus.
