Inbound Full Cycle Account Executive – Revive Credit Repair

Location: Orem, Utah 

Compensation: OTE $120,000 | Uncapped Commission

Job Type: Full-Time | Commission-Based

Position Overview

We are looking for driven, high-energy Sales Representatives who excel in fast-paced, competitive environments. Whether your background is in sales, athletics, customer service, or any performance-driven field, you will thrive here if you are hungry, coachable, and ready to win.

This is a high-earning potential role with uncapped commission, a clear growth path, and the ability to directly control your income.

Responsibilities

• Manage and convert inbound leads (no cold calling required)

• Conduct needs-based consultations with customers seeking credit repair

• Present and enroll customers into Revive programs

• Meet daily/weekly performance metrics

• Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups within CRM

• Represent Revive with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

• Proven history in competitive, fast-paced environments (sales, athletics, call centers, door-to-door, retail leadership, etc.)

• Strong communication skills and confident phone presence

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven by performance-based income

• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, high-volume workflow

• Coachability and willingness to follow a proven sales system

• Sales experience preferred but not required for strong performers
