The Printing & Mailing Specialist is responsible for one or more components related to producing and disseminating high quality documents for internal and external audiences.
Minimum Requirements:
·High School Diploma or GED.
·Ability to report to work on time, maintain a good attendance record, and work all designated work schedules.

- One year of experience printing with high-speed document equipment with network capabilities, printing press or equivalent commercial printing environment.
- One year of experience operating mail inserting system and postage metering equipment.
- Valid Class “C” Driver’s License.
- Ability to use computer software such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to safeguard and maintain a high level of confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ability to function in high pressure situations to meet workload demands.
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain contact with internal and external customers, vendors, and governmental agencies.
- Skill in operating a Four-Color offset press or equivalent.
- Skill in operating a Xerox Versant 180 printing system or equivalent.
- Skill in operating a Pitney Bowes Inserting Machine or equivalent.
