```Duties```
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales
- Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed
- Clear and clean tables, refill condiments, and ensure dining areas are tidy
- Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment, 2-3 years minimum
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling procedures is a plus - Experience in front and back of the house.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively -Speak Spanish is preferred
