Overview
Work to develop and monitor behavior support plans based on functional behavior assessments. Manage the collection of relevant data for individuals participating in the Residential Program. Primary work site can be in the Ithaca, Cortland or Owego area. Will travel to other locations as needed. Salary Range: $50,000 - $63,000
Responsibilities
- Development of functional behavior assessments and Behavior Support Plans
- Development of plans to monitor medications treating psychiatric conditions
- Assessments related to ability to consent in various areas
- Coach and model effective strategies for staff
- Individual Assessments as needed
- Staff trainings and participation in person centered planning
- Position may include clinical oversight of other staff (depending on credentials)
Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology or Human Services. LCSW preferred
