Responsibilities:
- Oversee the acquisition, sale, and maintenance of company vehicles.
- Ensure proper registration and licensing of all company vehicles in accordance with US Department of Transportation laws and regulations.
- Issue Purchase Orders for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Provide monthly reports on repair costs.
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspections.
- Manage Asset Tracking responsibilities.
- Administer Lowe’s Cards and fuel cards issuance and maintenance.
- Set up and monitor GPS units to track vehicles and monitor drivers.
- Maintain an Approved Driver's List.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and enhance profits.
- Develop strategies for improved fuel efficiency.
- Schedule vehicle graphic wrapping and regular maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Enforce strict servicing and maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and uphold schedules.
- Monitor driver behavior to ensure high levels of customer service.
- Analyze data to optimize business operational efficiency.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Possess a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
- 2 years of experience in a logistics role is preferred.
- Experience with GPS & MVR Software (Samsara and Samba Safety) preferred.
- Experience in the transportation industry is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset and effective problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Availability for occasional travel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
