Radan Construction Inc - Southern California Finishing Contractor
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Estimator at Radan Construction, Inc., located in Costa Mesa, CA. Responsibilities include providing accurate and competitive flooring estimates for commercial construction projects, reviewing project plans and specifications, analyzing costs and budgets, preparing bid proposals, collaborating with project managers and contractors, and ensuring all estimates comply with company standards and client requirements. The Commercial Flooring Estimator will also coordinate with suppliers and vendors to gather pricing and material information as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Construction Estimating and knowledge of flooring materials and installation processes
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, project managers, and vendors
- Ability to manage Budgeting and cost assessment for commercial construction projects
- Project Management abilities, including time management, organization, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as estimating software and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a relevant field (preferred)
- Previous experience in commercial or flooring-specific construction projects is a plus
Salary : $70,000 - $120,000
